C’est Brûlée Crème Brûlée
The classic dessert that started it all! We hand make and bake from scratch all of our delicious custard using ingredients local to our Delaware Valley home when possible. Sadly Vanilla still doesn’t grow nearby.
Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée – Delicate egg custard infused with real Madagascar Vanilla beans.
Espresso Crème Brûlée – Dark and strong. If you like espresso and crème brulee, why not have them together? Good morning, noon, or night.
Dark Chocolate Crème Brûlée – Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate perfectly matched with creamy French custard.
Blood Orange Crème Brûlée – The intense crimson color of this brûlée previews the tartness of this blood orange treat.
Vegan Vanilla Almond Crème Brûlée – Completely Vegan and completely delicious. Enjoy this Vegan delight infused with almonds and vanilla.
Goji Berry Matcha Crème Brûlée – French egg custard made with flavors from the Orient. Slightly tart Tibetan Goji berries matched with Japanese Matcha.

Black Cherry Crème Brûlée– Fresh, sweet and dark. The flavorful black cherry combined with our creamy custard brings the flavors of summer any time of year.
Orange Ginger Crème Brûlée– This Brûlée starts with flavorful orange and finishes with a zing of ginger.
Spicy Chocolate Lime Crème Brûlée– Creamy French custard paired with Ghirardelli chocolate and a hint of lime…but wait there’s more…this brulee finishes strong with a touch of cayenne heat. Not for the faint of heart, but well worth the risk.
Caramel Macchiato Crème Brûlée – Creamy coffee flavored custard mixed with homemade caramel and served with chocolate covered espresso beans. Can you say yummy??

Banana Nutella Crème Brûlée – A hit of nutella coats your tongue followed by the smooth flavor of chilled banana. A decadent and refreshing treat.
Apple Cider Cinnamon Crème Brûlée – Fresh apple cider with a touch of cinnamon. One bite and you’re transported back to the days of apple orchards and fresh pressed cider.
S’mores Crème Brûlée – We start with our incredible chocolate custard, add a layer of graham cracker crumbs, and top that with mini marshmallows. Bruleed and tasty, one bite and you’ll be asking for S’more!!
Eggnog Crème Brûlée – The holidays have arrived!! Classic French custard infused with dark rum, brandy and nutmeg. Enjoy this holiday treat anytime of the year.
Pistachio Crème Brûlée – If you love pistachios, you’ll love this nutty treat. Our signature custard with the intense flavor of roasted pistachio. All the flavor of pistachio without the work of opening the shells!!
Pina Colada Crème Brûlée – We match real coconut milk with coconut rum, a touch of vanilla and real cream to create this tropical treat. But we are not done yet..add our signature brulee and some sun dried pineapple and the Tropics have come to you!!
Pumpkin Brown Sugar Crème Brûlée – Pumpkin custard infused with Holiday spices and a touch of brown sugar. It’s everything you love about pumpkin pie without the pie!!
Peach Cobbler Crème Brûlée – Tasty peach custard made with a hint of brown sugar and bruleed with sugar and toasted rolled oats.
Rocky Road Crème Brûlée – Classic vanilla custard with real Ghirardelli chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. Bruleed with sugar and mini marshmallows, this one isn’t smooth but it wouldn’t be “Rocky Road” if it were.
C’est Brûlée Mascarpone Cheesecake
Mascarpone Cheesecake – Creamy, sweet and voluptuous Mascarpone cheese makes this one of our signature recipes. Paired with a hand pressed graham crumb crust, this may be the best cheesecake you have ever experienced. Available in 9″ and 6″ whole cakes, by the slice, or in take-away ramekins. A light brulee is available for no extra charge upon request. C’est Brûlée!

Panna Cotta – Roughly translated to “cooked cream”, this delectable dessert is lightly sweetened fresh cream, infused with vanilla, and served with fresh seasonal berries.
Creme Caramel – Popularly known as Flan, this orange and Vanilla infused cream served with a golden caramel sauce over top. An incredible alternative to our classic Creme Brulee.
Rice Pudding Brulee – Creamy vanilla, nutmeg rice pudding, served our favorite way…with a hard bruleed sugar crust.
Lemon Pudding Cake – Bold and tart lemon custard, baked the same way as our famous creme brulee, but wait..this one comes with a golden sponge cake like top!
